We process your data in accordance with Malagasy Law No. 2014-038 on the protection of personal data and, for visitors located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Contact form: name, email address, phone and company (optional), requested services, message.
• Newsletter: email address.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamp, automatically recorded in server logs.

We never ask for sensitive data and you do not need to enter any in the form.

• To answer your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps taken at your request).
• To send you our newsletter, only if you subscribed (your consent).
• To keep the site secure and working properly (our legitimate interest).
• To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Your data is reserved for the Lynkevo team. We use technical providers that process it on our behalf:

• DigitalOcean: hosting of the site and its database (servers in London, United Kingdom).
• Google (Gmail): receiving and sending emails related to the contact form.
• Google Fonts: display fonts are loaded from Google servers, which transmits your IP address to Google.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Some providers are located outside Madagascar and the European Union; they are bound by contractual commitments to protect your data.

• Contact requests: 3 years after the last exchange.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Technical logs: 12 months at most.
• Accounting documents linked to a contract: the applicable legal period.

The site uses no advertising cookies, no audience measurement tool and no tracking technology. Your browser may locally store your language choice; this information stays on your device.

Links to WhatsApp and social networks (Facebook, X, LinkedIn) lead to third-party services that apply their own privacy rules.

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability. You may also withdraw your newsletter consent through the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

To exercise your rights, write to hello@lynkevo.com; we reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Malagasy Commission on Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CMIL) or the data protection authority of your country of residence.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the administration area is restricted to authorized people and protected by authentication. As no transmission method is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
